Association of Citizens – Magic Factory is a non profit organization created in 2009. Since the start of its work, organization Magic Factory remained faithfuly to its primary strategy, and that is connecting people in that which they have in common, and not that which separates them and in that way contribute towards a brighter future to all, regardless of their gender, religion, race or nation. That strategy Magic Factory is leading through culture and activites dedicated to children, young and women.

Basic goal for which CA Magic Factory is working is affirmation of culture in Bosnia and Herzegovina and surrounding countries,  goal is to create a recovery of society through culture and create possibility for meeting and understanding other nations and cultures, equality of genders and creating business opportunites for employment of  young people.

In that sense, Magic Factory is an organizer of Tuzla Film Festival, which in its current three editions has presented over 300 films and brought numerous celebrities from the world of film.  Although this is a relatively new and young festival, it is intensively working on development of film industry in the Balkan area. Investitions are focused on creating contacts and links. The fact that this festival so far has been visited by over 5000 people speaks alot about its success. 

New project which this organization is creating is Nexus – Gaming Development Program-  Tuzla. This festival has a goal to gather foreign investors and manufacturers of videogaems in Tuzla and that in that way contribute towards development of gaming industry in the area of BH and region.

Magic Factory team is formed by professionals from the area of culture, production, administration and organization of the event. Over 50 volunteers go through the organization every year, where they get a chance to work on festivals and gather knowledge in area of writing projects and production. In this way, they also gain a possibility to write their own project and turn their own ideas into business which will secure them a spot at work.
